Hi, I'm Erick.

Background

Before Workflow Turf, I spent six years in foodservice and two years as state coordinator for Dementia Friendly Iowa. I graduated with a BA in psychology and an MA in clinical mental health counseling.

Getting into AI

When ChatGPT came out in 2022, I dove into AI and started testing what it could do. I was excited to use AI for deep research, simple web development, and scripts that put together videos from AI-written text, existing footage, and AI voices.

What I do now

Now I run every Workflow Turf project from strategy through launch. I build the systems that bring B2B service businesses more clients: cold email, speed to lead, follow-up, CRM setup, and custom automation.

Each one gets planned, built, tested, and handed over working. My focus is recruiting firms, marketing agencies, IT providers, CFO firms, consultancies, and commercial cleaning companies.
